User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Clippeak account and personal data, including data obtained from connected third-party integrations (such as Facebook). We process verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion using one of the methods below:
- By email: Send a request to navitekbackoffice@gmail.com with the subject: Delete My Data
- From your account settings: If the in-app deletion option is available in your dashboard, you may submit deletion directly there.
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership (for example, by replying from your registered email address).
2. Information to Include in Your Request
To speed up processing, include:
- Your registered Clippeak email address
- Optional account ID (if known)
- A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted
3. What Data We Delete
Upon successful verification, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including:
- Profile/account information (name, email, avatar where applicable)
- Connected integration credentials/tokens (e.g., Facebook access tokens)
- Processing/job metadata tied to your account
- Generated clips/files stored under your account (subject to technical constraints)
4. Data We May Retain
Certain records may be retained for limited periods when required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial/audit obligations. Such retained data will be minimized and protected.
5. Processing Time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 3–7 business days. In complex cases, completion may take up to 30 days as permitted by law.
6. Third-Party Platform Data (Facebook)
If you connected Facebook, we remove stored integration credentials from Clippeak during deletion processing. You can also remove Clippeak access directly from your Facebook settings (Apps and Websites) at any time.
