This Privacy Policy describes how Navitek ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Clippeak ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

a. Account Information

When you register or sign in, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Profile photo (if signing in via Google OAuth)
• Authentication tokens

b. Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• YouTube URLs you submit for processing
• Job settings (resolution, clip count, features enabled)
• Credit usage and transaction history
• IP address and browser/device information
• Service interaction logs (pages visited, features used)

c. Payment Information

We do not store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Mayar, a third-party payment provider. We only receive transaction metadata (amount, status, transaction ID) necessary to credit your account.

d. Integrations

If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) through the Integrations feature, we store only the access tokens and account identifiers required to perform the connected actions. We do not access content beyond what is necessary for the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Process video clip generation jobs
• Manage your account, credits, and subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (job completion, billing receipts, password resets)
• Monitor and improve Service performance and reliability
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and terms violations
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors (hosting, infrastructure, payment processing) that assist in operating the Service, bound by confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction with notice provided to you
• With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account, and up to 90 days after deletion unless legal obligations require longer retention
• Generated clip files: Retained for a limited period based on your subscription tier (typically 7–30 days), after which files are automatically deleted from our servers
• Job and transaction history: Retained for up to 2 years for audit and billing purposes
• Logs: Server and processing logs are retained for up to 90 days

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze Service usage. Specifically:

• Session cookies: Required for authentication — you cannot use the Service without these
• Preference cookies: Remember settings such as language preference

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We are committed to compliance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi / UU PDP) and other applicable data protection regulations.
